SENATE BILL NO. 45 "An Act relating to insurance; relating to                                                                   
direct health care agreements; and relating to unfair trade practices"

Senator Bjorkman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 808. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 45(L&C)                                                                     
"An Act relating to insurance; relating to direct health care                                                                   
agreements; relating to the duties of the director of the division of                                                           
insurance in the Department of Commerce, Community, and                                                                         
Economic Development; relating to unfair trade practices; and                                                                   
providing for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 45(L&C) will                                                                    
advance to third reading on the May 10 calendar.
